Does anyone know anything about contesting probate, this case I'm involved in has fraud, mishandling of probate funds, a wrongfully eviction, forged legal documents, including Receipt and Release, failure to notify all heirs under Colorado law, dusbursement of estate without proper accounting or court oversight, defamatory statements, and the list goes on.
