Does anyone know for certain if travelers in visitors visa are allowed to transfer through Europe (travel originating in India, ending in US-specifically traveling on Lufthansa). We are getting conflicting reports about visitor visa travel guidelines in Europe- some day the air bubble won’t allow and others say you can travel as long as negative Covid test. Thanks in advance
