I worked there for a couple years before they were acquired by stagwell, so can’t speak to current culture, but what I understand is leadership is very bottom line-focused right now in an effort to meet their five year goals and unlock the rest of their comp post-acquisition.
I had a positive experience there, flexible WFH policy and unlimited PTO, but honestly I worked pretty damn long hours. Was pretty much tiktok work on giant boring companies like Amazon, neutrogena, etc
Yeah they were solid. My biggest issue with the place was the insistence on “joy” and the overall wall of positive “culture” they were dead set on projecting. Wasnt for me. But honestly I think it worked with winning business.
It’s a remote job. Not great. But it’s a job. Not sure why anyone older than 23 would want to work there.
Considering im in my 30s, pass 😂
Yea I have not heard good things about that job at all OP. I think if you are really in need of something you could take it and then keep looking for something else but the key is to keep looking for something else lol. Its just not a great place to work from what I have heard.
