Working with no budgets in any team. Partners indirectly encourage you to eat up hours. End of year it’ll hit my util even tho im 150% utilized. Getting sick of this nonsense.

I spend most weekends/vacation days trying to figure out my life and find a job I’ll like better. Then after awhile I convince myself that I have a good job and I’m a fool.
