Of course it’s not.
Rising Star
Definitely not. I was a Manager at EY and I had much more responsibility than I do as a Manager at Deloitte. I was acting as a Deloitte SM actually.
So I should go to Deloitte??

D manager is like a SBA at most firms
That's what Deloitte tries to tell everyone. They say it about not only PwC, but also Accenture and everyone else. The propaganda is part of their talent acquisition strategy.
They do it thinking it increases their prestige. I don't know why they feel it's necessary, since they are already harder to get into than Harvard.
Ok ok ok, I get it. The only reason I asked is. At D, it’s M > SM > P. At pwc it is M>SM> D>P.
SM and D at PwC are combined comparable to Ds (and EYs) SM. The latter is just a longer tenure.
😂 no
Yes, unless you're a newly promoted manager at D.
SM at PWC is an experienced manager equivalent.
SM at D should be a Dir at PWC.
