Does anyone know if Chase's 3.7 Rating on Glassdoor has a way to break down to see the Technical area within Chase is that good?

My concern is that Wealth Management teams, bank teams, non-digital teams might rate Chase significantly better than their Digital products (web site, mobile apps, etc.).

When I met with the Digital Product Management team, it sounded very chaotic and haphazard.

I have an offer with a company and joining is 27th of Jun. I got offer from JP Morgan on 20th and they have given joining 4th of July. I am planning to join in JP Morgan. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer?
