Need job advice:

I recently got an offer at a prestigious company making almost double what I make now (OTE). It is also a promotion on the job title which will help for long term career prospects.

The only downfall is I also have a final round interview with literally my dream job later this week.

The company who gave me the offer wants an answer before Thanksgiving. Do I take the good offer and run with it? Or do I roll the dice at the chance at my dream job?

Hi guys, Its been almost 2 months since my interview happened. I got an email asking me to upload the docs just 2 days after the interview date. The documents are uploaded and also verified on the ibegin portal on 22nd Feb. The HR called later on 11th March for the basic discussion on the salary and since then it shows "evaluation in process", but nothing after that. The HR as usual didnt pick my call.

Are there any exit options after taking a discovery counsel role at Google? The job description is so narrow & I’m a mid-level with a lot of career ahead. I’m wondering if I’ll be stuck in similar positions &/or what the upward mobility is like for this position?

This is my second EA job in financial services, and it seems like everything is ASAP and super urgent all the time, which is stressing me out. Is this normal for most of financial services? Been working in Big 4 FDD for a little under two years, interviewing past 2-3 months for FDD, strategy, and IB. Received an offer from a MM FDD group for a 25% pay bump, but mainly looking to pivot out as I’ve burned out of FDD and want to move into a more finance focused role. Currently moved into second rounds at a senior strategy role for a F500 and case study stage for two boutique IB’s.

Would it be dumb to turn down the guaranteed FDD role and see how the others turn out?

Why do people at big 4 work so much if they have offshore teams to help? I'm at a MM firm and we get crappy data all day plus we're building everything out ourselves but even then I'm still able to keep it under 50 hours most weeks.
