I just received a new job offer and I am negotiating my base salary. The original offer was a base of 75k with 7.5k sign on bonus. I asked to negotiate closer to an 80k base. The hiring manager said they can do 80k without a sign on bonus.

Is it better to take the 80k base no sign on bonus or 75k base with a 7.5k sign on bonus? (My annual bonus will be 15-20% of my base salary)

What are the chances they will extend an offer letter ?

I work for a tech company with 75% of the staff located in Ukraine. Most of the marketing activities have been placed on hold due to funding is now being used to relocate my colleagues in danger.
