Does anyone know what the compensation is for Sr PM versus Sr PMT at Amazon (post MBA L6 position)?

Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining. However, I’m passionate about a pm role and have got an offer for a rotation position. I’m not sure how to bring it up to my supervisor considering they made that promise only recently. How would you approach this situation

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). Do manager role to organize the work under agile design sprints with Jira boards (daily scrum, refinement, grooming)
