Friends, I have 11+ years of experience and have been selected for a L5 Non Tech PM role. Amazon is offering me 24 base + 8 SB + 200 RSUs. I will have to relocate to South India (from Delhi) for this and probably the offer may not cater to my expenses. AM I BEING LOW BALLED ? as the HR says this is the max capping for the role.Amazon Amazon India Also, how difficult is it to apply internally and clear a L6 interview (after i join Amazon)

Hello - hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'm looking into risk assurance opportunities at Meta, especially Application Manager, Controls (min 5 YOE) and Manager, Compliance (min 12 YOE). I am a Senior Manager with 9 years of IT risks assurance experience. Does anyone have any thought on which position I should apply? If anyone currently at Meta could share your experience, that would also help. If anyone is open to providing referrals, I could provide my background. Facebook (Meta)

Anyone know about the culture at Braze?
When is it best to leave consulting? Here's how I think about it.
First, are you enjoying it? If so, why leave (it can be a great life long career)?
Second, are you still learning fast? If not, you're missing out.
Last, what skills do most employers value? In my experience, this dictates 2 optimal jumping off points:
(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

Thanks guys very helpful! Is there room to negotiate with Amazon on these roles?
Numbers I've gleaned from Fishbowl and Reddit: Sr PM (132k base, 80k signon over 2Y, 100k RSU over 4 years with 5/15/40/40). Sr PMT (Seattle) (144k base, 71.5k Y1 57k Y2 signon, 180k RSU with same vesting schedule). Sr PMT (CA) (165k base, 85k Y1 65k Y2, 210k RSU + higher relo assistance).
Real numbers might be +/-10% off, but I think these numbers are pretty representative. Overall, it's on the low end of L6, but plenty of room to get additional refreshers if ratings are high from Y2 onwards (very unlikely to get top ratings in Y1).
