Does anyone knows if Deloitte can file H1B before the starting date? I got hired around October 2021 and official starting date might around summer/fall 2022. I am a F1 student who holds OPT for one year, period from Feb 18, 2022 to Feb 18,2023. So it seems I just got one chance for H1B lottery, which is March 2022. Before I reach out to HR, just wanna know if anyone has similar situation!

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..

What’s the best way to get in contact with the hiring team if I want to follow up on an application, if no contact info is on the application site?

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.
