Context is, I am the highest you can get on Marriott and have not been impressed. I’ve switched ambassadors and still don’t find them worthwhile vs. personal research. Just used the last of my points at a resort for 2 weeks, and it didn’t feel like they even got the basics right. All in all, interested in a change when we go back to traveling.
