Does Boeing have option for NPS (National Pension Scheme) ?

Hi, wondering if anyone as a non US trained physician has had experience pivoting to healthcare consulting or healthcare administration? Is an MBA a must? Should one aim for entry level jobs at a consulting firm first for experience? I’ve got good experience in leadership and management roles and completed a lean six sigma yellow belt course. Any advice appreciated!

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.

Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. What am I missing here. Why would t one not go for basic as you are ahead by about $1K. Any explanations or thoughts?
