Let me put it to you this way: yes.
No. They place names on each pie of a dark board and throw darts with their eyes closed to determine what your raise/bonus will be.
Dart board*
I heard it's never been brought up at lattering calls...unless you're incredibly below, I wouldn't worry about it.
What are the general chargeability targets? Haven't seen them anywhere
Check your performance achievement. It's there under metrics
Analyst - 87ish Consultant - 95ish and Manager goes back down bc ur allowed time to work RFPs and such.
Just found it. It's 91% for senior analyst.
Where'd you find it? It's blank for me in PA. In 3 years at the firm I've never actually seen a true chargeability target (aside from what's projected in myscheduling). Also everything I've heard in the past is along lines of what a3 said.
Click on priorities and scroll to the bottom to where it says "metrics". Click on that and you'll find chargeability target% and actual%.
Yeah did that. My actual% is populated but target% is blank.
What OG?
Same here A4
Analyst is 80%. If you have 79.9% you dont get promoted
By what date is the % taken into consideration? I'm currently at 78% but will hit over 80% by next pay period or the one after.
Aug 31st. A7 is trolling.
Yes a4 trolling. And you could get promoted with less than 70%. All depends on how your CC vouches and fights for you
