The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

I was in the office (pre-c19) on the Friday after thanksgiving so I could get some stuff done while it was empty. A peer Director was also there and asked me for help with something. I helped him a for while, then he said, “this is really helpful, I have to go to an all team meeting for 30 minutes, but could we finish after that?” Me: “an all team meeting today?” Him: “yeah, I always schedule an all team meeting on days like this so people can’t pretend to wfh when they are really on pto.” smh 🤦‍♂️

Recently , I have learned ABAP and will start working as a Technical as well . Hopefully I will become a Techno-Functional by the end of 2nd year in TCS . Will I be able to switch after 2 years for better pay and better projects ? Does 2 years+ experience as a Techno-functional considered good ? Will I get interview calls ?
