Does CPA and CA have the same salary band in Big 4?

I received an offer for a mid-large size consulting firm at $80k with a $10k signing bonus to be an associate consultant. Is this industry norm- high? Low? I have no clue as it is my first offer and unsure whether to accept it or negotiate

1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

Hi! I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an agency for Data Center and Telecom PR/ Tech. Since we are virtual country wide, he asked what my salary requirement would be for this role. I haven’t had this type of position before and am unsure what to say. I want to reach for the stars but don’t want to come across with a scary offer. Can anyone advise or have any salary ranges? No info on Glassdoor for salaries at the company! I will be living near the SF Bay Area.

What do you think of those who have been at the company a long time and are high performers but make significantly less than experienced new hires at the same level? Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.

My boss prides himself on allowing me to gain experience so I have more courtroom experience than most attorneys with twice the experience. I passed out in 2020. Studied a little full stack. While doing that for 1 yr and applying interviews. I finally landed as devops tarine with 1yr bond.the ctc is 1.2 lakh per yr. its been few months. I have been tarined and have been doing small tasks. After internship company told i will b permanent and the salary will increase.
I liked devops at beginning but now its hard.I am at crossroads. I like am thinking of pursing mba as i like management.

Looking at the recent reviews, seems like Accenture has laid off people not based on the low performance only but others like base salary if high than peers?
