Does CTS tell you about the project or client before you join?
I got a offer from CTS but I feel it would be better to know the project I will be working for.
When I asked this during interview they told for now it is general pool and I would be mapped later.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I am currently in AWS + NodeJS stack, 6.5 yoe, cctc 20lpa

I am continuously giving & cracking interviews but none of them are ready to offer my expected CTC.

I am expecting 30lpa, while initial screening call every HR says ok, they can offer 32, 35 and so on. But after cracking the interview they are asking me to join for 25 or 27lpa.

I even tried with collecting multiple offers, if I say I have offer for 27lpa, they also offering same 27lpa
