2nd one is Tata Digital where im interning. They will release PPO (Pre-placemet Offer) soon.
Role:in Cybersecurity Domain (not decided yet)
CTC:11 LPA+ (not decided yet)
Location: Mumbai (Fort Area)

Both offers having similar job profile. Which company will be better for Cybersecurity role?

I’m currently interviewing with a company that has very mixed reviews on Glassdoor. Lots of people complain about the workload and low salaries. However, I’ve been through 3 rounds of interviews (Recruiter, Marketing Director & Senior BM) and they all seemed great! When I asked about the WLB they all said they personally have great WLB. Need for travel has been one reason why some of our jobs could not be outsourced to remote delivery & low cost off-shoring. If travel is fully or >50% eliminated, it can be a real threat to management consulting as we know it. So there needs to be an “optimal ratio” of travel to client locations, home office, and WFH, to protect our consulting models. Since we need some face time with clients, and some interaction with colleagues, the optimal balance should be possible. Share your thoughts.
