Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?
Got offer from JPMC Glasgow.
They are helping with visa sponsorship but there is no relocation provided.
Also HR tood me that I have to pay for my and my wife's tickets.
As per my friend working in Glasgow,
By law , They should provide first month's accommodation and flight ticket's reimbursement.
Should I ask for it again as HR already denied all of that?
suggestions from Anyone in JPMorgan Chase UK?

Darn. Does a partner referral from Deloitte Tax help for Deloitte Consulting?
Generally no. Unless it's a partner referral / high ranking non-target schools have something like Blitz for leftover analyst spots. If you're already working they only hire Consultants.
Yes, they'd bring you in at the Consultant level (usually 2 years undergrad experience). Generally they're aligned with a specific service line/industry rather than General Management like undergrad hires.
It depends. Consulting is a different company from tax; however is if the partner is senior enough/has enough pull it's possible.
I see. I'm like <1 year post undergrad. I just confirmed to myself that commercial is where I want to develop my career.
@D1 wait what's Blitz?
