CTC: 11 LPA (fixed)
Location: Pune (Magarpatta)

2nd one is Tata Digital where im interning. They will release PPO (Pre-placemet Offer) soon.
Role:in Cybersecurity Domain (not decided yet)
CTC:11 LPA+ (not decided yet)
Location: Mumbai (Fort Area)

Both offers having similar job profile. Which company will be better for Cybersecurity role?

Sweaty post-workout question. If I finish a bike or run in the heat I am usually just pouring sweat for the next 15 or so mins. Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
