Let's be real- as a passenger I'm still going to fly whoever is most convenient and cheapest.
I do prefer knowing that everyone at United is vaccinated, but if my options are an expensive 1-stop on United or a cheap non-stop on Southwest you'll definitely see me feeling the LUV
Rising Star
More likely.
More likely to fly United.
However, Im on the West coast where Delta is practically not a thing.
I support companies doing the right thing. Protecting your workforce and customers by mandating the vaccine (plus other protocols) is morally the right thing, in my view.
(Please no slippery slope or My Freeeeeedumb arguments. This, to me, is a simple public health matter. Vaccines reduce mutations, even if Delta is still highly transmissible.)
Less.

I fly Delta almost exclusively anyway, but still happy to see them doing the right thing yet again.
No, but I don't fly United anyway.
Pro
I’d go with United.
Pro
Extremely pro vaccine, but this doesn’t factor into my choice at all. I fly whatever is easiest and cheapest.
I don't think mandating the vaccine is the right thing to do, nor do I think upping insurance charges for unvaccinated is correct for a vaccine that has been in trials less than 2 years ( I realize I'm very alone on this issue among the 🐠)
Many flight crew choose not to be vaccinated. If you want to keep your flights cheap, hope more mandates don't come. United has a lot of pilots looking to jump ship (and pilots never want to do that if they can help it).
Rising Star
Less.
I don’t support major corporations making money off employees vaccination status during a pandemic.
