Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Also, is moving from Deloitte to EY like a downgrade in a way? Do I need to ask for a premium increase in salary for not only missing lunches but also prestige? Kinda kidding kinda not 🤔
Deff a prestige downgrade. I interviewed with them recently..interviewers alone were kind of embarrassing. One was touting their “mba” from the online Phoenix university. And “minimum requirement to jump to another big 4 is 10-15%. Their bonuses suck compared to D
Yikes, with as much as I travel... that could really add up?!
Mostly a joke, but from what I’ve heard, you can only expense two meals a day? So basically people tend to expense lunch as breakfast, and breakfast at the hotel...etc
When traveling at Deloitte how much money do you get a day for food? EY is aggregate $65 a day. That's enough for breakfast, lunch and dinner, unless you want to binge every day. Or unless you travel to NYC.
