I did not have any behavioral questions for my hr screening. Just the tell me about yourself/background questions and what are my salary expectations.
Know the job you applied for... like read the job description... you’d be surprised by how many people I know that got stumped when asked that question. Definitely know your resume... you should be able to walk them through your resume without even looking at it (obviously summarizing) and then ask them if they want more role specific details. And lastly - yes always know why you want to work for that company... look at their website and look at what they stand for culture wise and see how you relate
Really appreciate it. They basically asked why this company, why do you want to leave. Then after that pretty much digging my answers further, like so you said you are good at A, give me an example, then from the example, went digging deeper.
