Does Infosys revise offered CTC if I show them a higher offer??

Infosys - 14 LPA (Permanent WFH/Base Location)
IBM - 18 LPA (Bangalore)

I am alligned to join Infosys but this stark difference of 4 lakh is making it difficult for me to decide.

Anyone in this group who successfully got their Infy CTC revised after showing other offer?

I am being asked to move to Richmond, VA for Sr. Mgr. Supply Chain Analytics role in an organization that is dire need of help.

I am currently at 146k TC, they are offering 190k TC.

I originally wanted a director level role to set the strategy, process, and tools.

Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k

"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%
