Any advice on how someone would move from DCM to PE?

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. Thanks for any insights.

PE or strategic clients? Thoughts on pros/cons and benefits to align career to one or the other

I just joined a non-dream company as a 10+ years experience guy. My friend working in my dream company forwarded a job requirement from his internal postings. I want to give it a try but in case I get selected how hard or bad would it be to quit current company? I want to know what consequences I should be ready to face. Can someone please advice?

Mid 2020, I turned down an opportunity to jump ship from my small law firm to a big law firm. At the time I had 4 years of practice under my belt with managerial experience. I thought the offer was reasonable, come in at a 2nd year level, but with the uncertainty of the times I played it safe. Now I regret it. What avenues do I have, if any, to jump into big law from a small firm?

Hey guys. I’m looking for some advice on a new promotion to Radiology Supervisor. It’s a great opportunity and I know I will be great in the position. I find literally everybody I meet, I look up their backgrounds and judge them / compare myself. I think this is a problem.

A patient of mine essentially asked me to fraudulently bill his insurance the other day. My response was records can be audited at anytime which could result in my license being put at risk. New midlevel associate at a big law firm and still ramping up. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
