My Redfin agent recently quit with one day notice to start his own firm. He was the one behind my deal and did a lot of work and help with negotiation. However Redfin called me and said they put their top regional lead on transaction which is set to close in 10 days. I’m conflicted with what to do. I make good money and have a house but I feel like the relationship and the obligations (house, family) are anchors and holding me back from living my life. I want to sell and live on the road, traveling and being free.

Fiance does not want that lifestyle. Shes more of a 2-3 weeks of vacation is good.
