Does rejection after a time-consuming interview process ever get easier?

Just went through 7 rounds for a Creative Strategist role—multiple interviews, an in-depth project, and a final presentation to a panel on one of their actual struggling clients. Got a lot of praise and was asked to send the full deck after. A week later… rejected. No real feedback. It’s disheartening. Is this the new normal?

When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. Recently interviewed with another company as a Vendor Mgmt partner. Individual contributor, high visible position with potential. Thoughts?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?

I only received the job offer letter from the consultancy, but no Appointment Letter is given yet.
So since it's 10-15 day, since I joined. Can I leave this company, since I've got a better offer, with my suitable location.
PS: I have also received the laptop, but didn't login or do anything yet.
