Does your department do anything in terms of promoting public safety beyond traditional activities. E.g. are you doing any community outreach and partnerships with social service agencies? If so, where are you located? And has it been effective at all?

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues.
