My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.

Dress shirt, blazer, boxers
Business robe
Man: button down. Woman: blouse. Be comfortable and don’t change for a 30 minute chat. At least that’s my opinion as an interviewer.

Best answer including both genders!
Tuxedo T-shirt
Female here: i wear a high neck sleeveless blouse. Helps keep me from overheating but still looks polished
Received an offer for the interview I wore a full suit for. Also a good webcam and microphone were solid investments.

M here and I’ve been wearing button downs. The folks interviewing me have been wearing polos and button downs. A blazer/suit would have felt weird for a video interview. Got a job offer so no regrets.
I’ve been wearing the full suit as it just helps me be focused during the interview so I don’t come across too laxed
I wore full suit
I’d not recommend a full suit or even a blazer. We’re all “working from home” so if you dress up too much, it may make the interviewer uncomfortable. Coming off a hot job search, I wore a simple button down in a warm color. Good luck mate!
Make sure to unbutton a button or two on your shirt (both genders). Leave them wanting more.
Biggest vibe if I ever saw one
Same thing you would plan to wear in person. You can always ask the recruiter. People have gotten progressively more lax about things as we're heading into month 6-7 of remote. Saw someone wearing a t-shirt on a client call the other day. First reaction was shock. Next was, did he do that on purpose. Then quickly came to the point of who the heck cares. Obviously very different than an interview though.
Deep v mesh tank cut off jean shorts
I wore full suit a few times but since have started asking what would be appropriate attire since i thought the suit may be a bit much and I want to show i fit in with the culture. The recruiters have been helpful.
Button down &jeans , casual, "will be conducting the interview and they typically just wear a sweatshirt so yea ...."
