May I know what is the notice period if one resigns in infy during the first 6 months of joining? I am a lateral resource and they hired me in June, but they have no projects related to my tech and want me to take weird roles.. seems they are hiring to increase employee count and cross training most. just looking for options..

What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

Most people I know at Deloitte are unhappy yet most I know at kpmg are actually pretty happy, op you're a douche bag
Still shocked they even let EY on here
Both are large companies and well known companies. How do you know his offer at KPMG wasn't better? Your insecurity is showing
Omg that's like social suicide! Stfu op
Op that's a really stupid comment .dont you think it's his choice
No, it's not the truth. It's your opinion.
K3, we all do the same thing?! But the recruiter told me I was the best at the best!!!
OP must be an Analyst. Doesn't matter the name of the firm as you move up, it's all about opportunities and what your niche is, so long as you make partnership.
Why is he an idiot again?
Not all of us at EY are as slow as OP KPMG3, EY isn't a bad place just like none of the Big 4 are! Let's all hug it out
Sorry I don't like to feed the trolls with thought out responses. Of course people like this are the minority at our firms because we all understand we basically do the same thing and that's why this app is successful. Much love ✊🏼
I left DT for KPMG too. 4 years on, I'm happy, successful and valued. At DT, I was none of those things. I'm now thanking my stars that I didn't accept EY over KPMG when they came knocking.
Probably but everyday life/high school friends on Facebook have given me a shockingly efficient stupidity filter that generally just works on an unconscious level
Don't knock the dude for joining Kpmg! I'm sure his offer letter was talking numbers
OP is a hater. Why do you care anyway? Not like you work at either of those firms.
Not sure what's more annoying - naive people like OP or people like us who actually give importance to him by actually responding to his thread/comments. Ps: hope you grow up OP. Have fun in florida next week at the intern conference.
Idiot for leaving Deloitte to go to KPMG. Who does that, wait. Now I know
The funny part is, once you figure out that no big 4 pays THAT much better than any other, and the biggest bumps are from jumping, what does it fucking matter who you work for? Guy prob got 1.5x on salary and a title bump
Idiot for making a big exit or what?
I mean, it's the truth lol
