During a website presentation at my previous tech job, something happened that still unsettles me. A senior teammate collapsed mid presentation, and instead of pausing everything, my manager asked me to step in and finish the pitch as if nothing had happened. I remember sitting there thinking, how did delivering a demo become more important than someone’s life? I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me.
