During salary discussion in HR round, I asked 15-16 but HR said they can give 14 only. Today HR is saying that they can give 13 only and she said something like on top of this 13 you will get yearly bonus something like this. Can someone explain what this means? She was not responding properly. I was expecting at least 90k in hand per month. But this 13 will give me only extra 8-10k from my current salary.
