EquatePlus. Has anyone had experience selling their SAP stock through EquatePlus? It’s been nearly 10 business days and my bank has still not received the funds they claim they sent. Calling EquatePlus has been useless so far. I was thinking about transferring my shares out to the brokerage account I use but am not confident they will ever show up.

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
