S/o to the Veritas Technologies LLC recruiter who reached out to me via LI for an interview for an AE role. We set a date and he had an emergency the day off and asked to reschedule. Day of the reschedule; no-show’d for the Zoom Call and ignored my messages, emails and call after. completely ghosted me 👻
What’s interviewing been like for you all lately?
Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

(CONTD) Even for our weekly virtual workspace meetings from 11am until 3pm when I ask her if we can meet after lunch at 1pm, she just IGNORES my messages & doesn't respond. For one of the 3 programs, our organization offers, she always says to me "60% of your salary comes from that program, so you should be focusing most of your time on that program"--and acts like she isn't supposed to help me with the program. Of course, my Director just approves everything she says like she's right about everything she does & says. Where is the teamwork??
Plus, she constantly finds ways to get out of events for work when she knows it is only 3 of us altogether (including myself). Enough is enough!! Yes, I'm here to work, but I did not take this job thinking I was going to be working by myself at events for work. She is the definition of a POOR EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING & so called "Manager." She has no conscience and no consideration for anyone else besides herself. She found a way to get out of our event for next weekend by telling our Director that she "has to go to her niece's graduation out of state." She finds a new family member to prioritize over work meetings and events everytime. She even put in my evaluation "evening & weekend meetings & events are a regular part of this job & we should be able to count on you being at these activities without hesitation. This is detailed in your job description.
inherent in your job is the expectation to attend programs & promotions outside of normal working hours. In 2025, attendance at any & all work events will be expected without pushback."
Work in the nonprofit sector requires nimble thinking & alot of flexibility to respond to rapidly changing situations & urgent matters when they arise. This mah meam dropping everything to handling a pressing issue, a last-minute meeting or event to attend, or creating a solution to an unanticipated problem with a tight deadline."
I attended almost EVERY EVENT last year & event when I told her I was not feeling well, I still attended the event & she found a way to get out of helping with the events because she had "family coming in to town." I recently said I could not attend an event last week because I have been dealing with major car issues (transmission). How would you handle dealing with a terrible Supervisor such as her? Plus she feels like she has so much favor with our Director so I don't feel like I can go to her about any of these issues.
If I am offered a job somewhere else (even if its Temp to Perm), then Im accepting. I can't take this anymore.
