Ever since the pandemic I have been on the struggle bus to find that one awesome company: I've had 3 jobs in 3 years.

With my last two jobs I was let go because management let me down (one was ambiguous in expectations and the other told me that they had a training program when they did not) and I was just not a good fit. I'm going on a lot of interviews and getting passed up. How do I navigate the "why did you leave this position" question?
