It’s a trap
General feedback is great - such as work life balance, compensation, requirements, etc.
HR will document and seek ways to improve and address.
Anything targeting specific people will be helpful but may turn against you - don’t burn bridges unless it is worth the risk and having those people face the music.

Thank you!
Surprised by these responses… BE HONEST.
A good HR will take your feedback and might help make changes.
Although, Either way you’re leaving so doesn’t matter to you, but share honest reasons and feedback in a mature way.
HR is employed by the firm. No matter what positioning exists (like being the employee’s advocate) the bottom line is that they are beholden to their employer
HR is loyal to the firm and has no reasonable right to protect you once you leave. Be wise with words. I’ve seen HR send original interview notes upon request. Totally unethical
Anyone that asks. If they like them enough.
Pro
Be honest, but professional. “I feel I was underpaid, and received an offer from a competitor for a 30% raise. I really enjoyed the firm, and management was supportive, so comp was really my only reason for leaving.”
Keep it to yourself
Coming off as unreasonable and completely full of yourself is going to send the notes of your interview right into the trash. There is a professional way to give feedback to the company on your reasons for leaving
Say nothing.
