Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

Hello friends, I am selected in Nagaro and offered workfrom anywhere location written in offer letter. Project is not finalized yet. Could you please tell will I be forced/need to visit office on regular/hybrid mode or I can permanantly work from my home town location for next few months/years. WFH remains a default. They were going to ask people to come back to the office after the Labor Day, but this was pushed out due to the Delta variant. Offices are open for those who want to use them and teams have been encouraging their members to go in a couple of days a week. I personally go 2-3 times a week and the rest from home. If you choose to be full-time WFH you still can because they are not requiring people to go back yet. Which region are you in? This is East.
@OP You would be Central region in southeast. Most of my teams are going to clients periodically/ few days a week for busy times, but WFH is allowed if you don’t want to come in.
In the Midwest (not Chicago), I’ve been going in when there’s a reason to go in (meeting, happy hour, etc.) but in no regular schedule. Some people are going in regularly, but there’s no mandate to do so. Just communicate with teams and do what’s best.
