For people who have profit sharing what have your experiences been? Ours is every March but it is a variable number based on how we do the prior year (duh obviously) but also only my boss gets to decide and he gives no criteria on why he chooses what he does. Don’t get me wrong I am super thankful to be in a location with great PS opportunity and upside but it is so hard to plan my life out not knowing what my income will be that year. I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). All the pros outweighed the mediocre pay, but now with inflation rising, my paycheck isn't going as far and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out if I should start looking elsewhere or if I should ask my boss for a raise.

Does anyone know about what it’s like to work for Amgen as a sales consultant?

I understand that in most cases folks with <2 YOE will join with the same title as UG campus hires. How many YOE (or months of experience) will qualify you for a higher pay band (compared to campus hires)?

Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?

Does anyone work a compressed/ 4 day schedule? Any tips on making it work? Are there things you didn’t expect that you wish you had known about? How did you set boundaries?
