Hi Fishes , i have 7+ years of experience in QA...currently working in tcs. I got offer from EY GDS....i joined tcs 1 year back. I got around 30% hike and lead post in EY...My doubt is it switch from tcs to EY will be worth for me and my carrer ? EY WLB and work culutre all the cases...

Is there anything similar to Vista Consulting Group for other PE funds? Heard KKR has its own unit of internal consulting - is that true? What other examples are out there?

3rd year advisory SA with Mba @ 122k, high cost of living city. Am I on the higher end of the cap?

Tax question: married filing jointly for 1st time next year. Company recommends/requires me to fill out its tax calculator. Is this required? Can I just leave it at 0? What are implications if I skip this exercise? Overpay? Underpay? Enough to maybe have a penalty? Me and wife are ~$250k/$150K=$400k total.

Firms often share the number of employees by gender or ethnicity tagging diversity goals. Have they shared the average pay by level by gender or ethnicity? This would help provide transparency into the pay gap.
