Last, what skills do most employers value? In my experience, this dictates 2 optimal jumping off points:
(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

he y bain 1: how long do decisions come out? I had mine this morning and I haven’t heard back but people have had theirs given out within 2 hours. Is it fair to assume that if I don’t get the call today, the answer is no?
