Assuming it’s with the practice lead for your region - find out what their priorities are and be sure to speak to how you can support them and their business. Being able to own/drive client work is a given - SMs are looked at to have a personal brand that fits in one of the practice’s sub-specialties and help the MDs with proposals or offering development in that space. You want to demonstrate you are going to be an asset helping drive the business forward.
I’m an MD and do quite a few of these final rounds. My style is what was described already - I just want to get to know you a bit, get a sense for your energy, your interests, your personality, make sure expectations for the role are aligned, etc.
Just be yourself and have a normal conversation like you would with anyone in a professional setting and you’ll be fine. Good luck.
Business acumen is super important as a senior manager as you’re expected to sell.
Have bold ideas on a new offering, a missing niche, a new industry trend or an ecosystem partner we're missing with a large addressable upside, present a plan on how you might operationalize on the idea and then engage them with questions on how they see it fitting in their CS&S offering set and endorsement with bringing it to reality.
They'll be putty on your hands ;)
The assumption is these are things you believe in and not just doing it for "interview theatre".
If you've made it this far, you are clearly good, i look forward to you being a part of the family!

If you know the name of the MD send me a DM. I’m close to a lot of them and could give some coaching ...
At this point it’s more about connecting with the MD and them getting a read on your attitude and likability. If they don’t like your personality then the client probably won’t either. Just relax and have a genuine conversation with them and you should be ok. Best of luck and welcome to ACN hopefully.
What region? I am in Customer Sales & Service. There are certain hot skills they look for where you may be asked about in your interview.
I’m also in the west. We are super heavy on tech, maybe not surprisingly. Most of FAANG and Microsoft are some of our largest clients anywhere in the world. So brush up on their business priorities because that’s what drives where we try to support them.
Also across all industries, “Cloud First” is the new mantra from Julie Sweet on down. So we are going hard after massive transformations - wholesale data center migrations; deep partnerships with all three major public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP), so maybe brush up on those.
Security and Data Analytics / AI continue to be some of the most in demand topics, so brush up on those.
Hope that helps give you some direction.
