I have exp of 2yr completely into finance and tax

CCTC 7lpa

My sole reason of pursuing acca is to improve my package by moving to relevant SL

I don't prefer Audit as I don't have any exp.

Is it worth to finish my qual. and get the membership

Does your undergrad school matter to MBA admissions? Does it make a difference if you have a great GPA from a state school or an average GPA from a highly selective school?

What are expected salary ranges for an L5 or L6? Lots of data for Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers, but I'm assuming "Specialist " is a step below management

I’m in IT in a large corp and I don’t know what to do. I’m the systems engineer and I planned around what I thought was a straight forward concept. It appears what I thought would be possible was wrong. Everyone celebrated thinking I’d figured it out, including me. Were spinning up a full team to build it and I’ve exhausted all avenues to find an alternative solution. There isn’t. Horrified this is a career limiting situation….

I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Is there a way I can approach this with my leaders? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
