Herman Miller aeron chair! Had back pain everyday prior to this chair but none ever since I purchased it
Kpmg has a 30% discount for a new one on the portal or you can check for a local office supply store for a refurb one
Get up and stretch. Go for some water or even bathroom break
Roll up a blanket and place it behind your lower back. Helps me out. Also, touch your toes (stretching) multiple times a day. It’s good for your hamstrings yeah, but it also stretches your lower back. I have crap posture and no back pain and I swear its because of these two things.
Paper towel roll also works (recommended from chiropractor if you don’t want to buy a lumbar pillow)
I have my Apple Watch remind me to stand/ walk around every hour
I have a memory foam seat cushion and lumbar support pillow that straps onto my chair
Take breaks, go on walks, do pushups, meditate, stretch every 2 hours, snack breaks, water breaks and yeah a good chair investment. Cheers.
It’s very important to have your desk, keyboard and screens at the right height. Your screens should be at eye level when you’re sitting up straight to encourage good posture. Your arms should be relaxed and not up to reach your keyboard. Makes a huge difference
Standing Desk helps a little bit. It’s not going to solve all the problems but i find it slightly helpful
Posture corrector. I wear this to sit straight while working.
