For all the other poor souls stuck in ID - do you have a good system for medical record review? Lately I find myself in circles chasing after my assistant/paralegal to make sure that the records actually come in. Also, it seems I am getting more pushback from carriers when I review the records myself. I am happy to have my paralegal do it, but I find when I review a report, I still have to go back through the records to draft a report/analysis. Does anyone have a good system to make this easier?
Depends on how many other diamonds are on that flight. It's hard out of ATL but easier on the way back
Non-existent. Everybody in ATL is Diamond...
Slim. Much competition resulting in many paying full fare. Good luck though!
If you get Delta's Reserve Card it helps with upgrades. Plus, its a very cool card. You spend 30,000 dollars a year and get 30,000 extra status miles!

Any delta flights from SFO to ATL are also full of diamonds. You can use your regional upgrades to get to the top if you need to
In Atlanta, diamond is like the lowest tier. Everyone starts a diamond and then moves up!
Good as long as you buy an expensive fare class
