I heard anything over 100 was encroaching ACD territory but I find that extremely difficult to believe because I'm already near that wall...

I'm 25. Working as Global Mobility Compensation Consultant 1 with Deloitte. Having better than average skills. PGDM from a Tier 3 College (The Worst Part). Making 6.2 LPA (Fix + Variable).
Am I Doing bad or very bad in terms of money?
Also I'm thinking of a switch "Only Because of the money that I make." Is it worth it? Also where should I look for opportunities?

I have an offer from LTI, my joining date is in next 2 days. Today only I got an offer for higher package from another company. If I try to negotiate with LTI will they entertain in such a last moment.
I want to join LTI but with higher package.. Please suggest what would be a wise step here in my situation.

Currently interviewing for an Associate Partner role with New York Life. I have 15 years experience in financial services. What should I be asking for when it comes to salary. The range they give is $60k-$160k base, not including bonuses.

I have an offer with service now with 21 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable + shares+ sign on bonus and quest with 21 lpa fixed+ bonus .which is the good option .In service now for few months i should work as AEM tester and in Quest IT IS qlQA Automation Lead

By which month we get CEO bonus of $750 ? Is it given to everyone regardless of one's performance ?

22.5 LPA

2) A small (150+ employees) service based startup company with excellent culture.
17 LPA.

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? How can I know I'm getting the best salary and not just settling at the low end of the range?
