How long does it take for Wipro to provide status updates after HR interview? It's been 12 days after my HR round and when personally emailed HR for the update, I was informed my HR round was cleared and takes time for further process. It's been 5 days since I got that email from HR.

Has anyone experienced the same?

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.

Just wanted to know if this happens with everyone while switching or am I the only one.

Which company send employees to onsite soon? If we consider normal times and keep covid out of picture. I stayed with Infosys for 8 years and had best ratings but never got onsite.. now I switched to captive but really want to go onsite. I will switch again next year but would really like to join company which send it's people onsite soon.. any suggestions?? P.S.
