Fishes, I got an offer from JPMC CCB unit. I have few queries :
1) Will there be no work from home? HR said we don't encourage wfh.
2)There is an incentive compensation written in offer but no specific % or number mentioned. Is that how the offers are rolled for every1?
3) Is it a good company ethics wise? Do they take care of employees? Or they also have some hire and fire kind of policies.
