I am currently working in a service based firms. Everything goes well so far. I spent sometime on upskill myself into cloud devops skills. But my current project doesn't provides me chance to implement those things I learned. So I applied for part time jobs and got one offer as well. But now the part time employer asking me to sign a contract and submit pan card details.

I am afraid of violating my full time employment contract and problems in taxation.

I need your suggestions, pls

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.
