I was laid off during Deloitteβs mass layoff in July of last year. I have worked as an independent contractor since and projects havenβt been consistent at the client Iβm working for. Iβm looking to get back into a big firm and was seeing if anyone would be able to refer me or help get my foot in the door. I was a business analyst for 1.5 years at Deloitte and have several years of additional experience which Iβd be more than happy to share.
Do I actually hate my job, or is it the pandemic?

Pretty sure Delta is the only one that gives an AmEx instead of a voucher. Not surprising considering UA and AA have shitty customer service (full disclosure, I fly UA)
Delta
Got that right D4, we on the Fed side are lucky to get a free coffee mug once in while.
Lucky chic!!! You better go splurge yourself nasty with that one!!!!
Never heard of a gift card for oversell. Thought they just did vouchers. Which airline?
For the win
Congratulations! Which airline? $ 800 is an amazing deal!
Amex GC? I thought they only gave vouchers?
I've never heard of delta giving gift cards instead of vouchers. Is this new?
Yeah right
Ahhh so jealous of all the perks u commercial folks get π€ππ»
They've been doing it for at least a year. Only when they're particularly desperate
That's a huge amount. I just printed my Delta bp and terminal asked me to choose an amount I would need to fly 3h later. Range was $100-$500.
Nice!
One time they offered $1000 Amex gift card for NYC>SF
I got this a couple weeks back. Delta always over sells morning flights. Almost got $700 two weeks ago if just one more person had showed up for the flight.
Since when does Delta give GCs instead of vouchers?
