I have a BS in Kinesiology and an MBA in Healthcare Administration and have worked in neuro clinical testing for 17 years. Got a boutique offer for 5k less than current salary with 1500 billable hour requirement. It’s 401k match unlike my current firm. Can someone weigh in on the value of 401k match?
