Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

I have been interviewed and selected for a role in EY UK. The status of my job application is “congratulations on receiving an offer from EY”.
However I have not received any email yet.
Can someone confirm which team sends the final offer coz the HR is saying that he has processed everything from his side.??EY
I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.
Should I take this delay as rejection?

When you have already moved, dont let the negative thoughts surround you now. Dont think about your India’s salary now. You can always come back to India. If its only you and your wife, whats the harm ? Take the experience and come back if you feel the salaries or the savings are not sufficient. Trust the process ! All the best.
You can live a decent and comfortable life here in 60K. Plus your wife will be earning too so that go into savings.
Yes, wife will be working. She’s still in India and appearing for interviews with companies in the UK, no luck so far as she hasn’t yet got her dependent visa. So looking for companies willing to offer sponsorship only. Once she gets her dependent visa, then it’ll be a bit easier is what I guess.
I asked above question thinking about worst case scenario of her not getting a job here in UK. In that case I think it would be a big shrink from what we were earning together back in India.
A few follow ups before I get to the answer,
What’s your YoE and what kinda company are you working in at present?
What’s your wife’s background/experience?
How much did you manage to save/invest collectively in India? (assuming you’d like to save atleast that much if not more).
