3) Could you please advise at what point is it worth reneging the external company’s offer? It is contingent on my TN visa getting approved 4) if there are two different petitions for a TN visa and for a L visa with US immigration will it be a problem?

I just put in my notice at my company for a new job that only cleared level 1 wages (and certainly wouldn’t clear whatever 45th percentile is). Haven’t filed the transfer yet. How screwed am I? Should I ask my new job to file the transfer without premium processing in the hopes that the new DOL wage rule gets struck down by the time my transfer is processed?
