If I'm adding multiple people to purchase a property but not on the mortgage, when do they get added - do they need to already be on the purchase agreement? I heard it's easier to do upfront vs. adding them later. I've asked this question in a thread but didn't get a clear response. But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.
